Return policy

At Orsa Studios, we strive to deliver premium-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

* Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
* Be in its original condition.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
* Include all complimentary items (if any).

Orsa Studios reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

* Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
* Gift cards.
* Customized or personalized products.
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

* A damaged product,
* A defective product, or
* The wrong item,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

* Order number.
* Clear photographs of the product.
* Photographs of the packaging.
* A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, Orsa Studios will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing may vary.

If the requested size is available, we will gladly process a size exchange.

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose:

* A refund (subject to inspection), or
* Store credit, if offered by Orsa Studios.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Please include:

* Your full name.
* Order number.
* Contact number.
* Reason for return or exchange.
* Clear photographs of the product (if applicable).

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

7. Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product passes inspection.

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may be sent back to the customer.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

* A manufacturing defect,
* A damaged item, or
* An incorrect product sent by Orsa Studios,

the return shipping cost will be borne by Orsa Studios.

For returns or exchanges requested for other reasons (such as a change of mind or size preference), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

9. Exchange Processing

Approved exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

10. Abuse of Return Policy

Orsa Studios reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of:

* Excessive return requests.
* Fraudulent activity.
* Misuse of the return policy.
* Products returned in unacceptable condition.
