1. Shipping Coverage
Orsa Studios currently ships only within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing
* All orders are processed within 6–7 business days after successful order confirmation.
* Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
* During product launches, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
* Weather conditions
* Natural disasters
* Government restrictions
* Courier delays
* Remote service locations

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any promotional offers regarding free shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking information.
Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orsa Studios shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
* Incorrect address
* Incorrect PIN code
* Incorrect phone number
* Recipient unavailable
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped due to incorrect information.

7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to Orsa Studios. Any re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
* Do not accept the package if possible.
* Take clear photographs of the package.

Claims relating to shipping damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Lost Shipments
If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery period, please contact our support team.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
Orsa Studios reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers based on operational requirements.
