Refund and Cancellation

At Orsa Studios, we are committed to providing a secure and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
Orsa Studios accepts the following payment methods:

* Credit Cards
* Debit Cards
* Net Banking
* Digital Wallets
* Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)
All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

2. Pricing
* All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for the specified period.

3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
Orsa Studios reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or stock availability issues are identified.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.
Orsa Studios reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or customers based on operational requirements.
Customers choosing COD are expected to be available to receive the order. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

5. Order Cancellation
By the Customer
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Orsa Studios reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
* Product unavailability.
* Payment verification issues.
* Suspected fraudulent transactions.
* Incorrect pricing or technical errors.
* Delivery restrictions to certain locations.
* Any unforeseen operational circumstances.
If Orsa Studios cancels a prepaid order, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
* A returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
* The customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
* An order is cancelled before dispatch.
* An order cannot be fulfilled by Orsa Studios.
Refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy may be declined.

7. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The actual credit may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after verifying the customer’s account details.

8. Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment fails but the amount is debited, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
If the issue persists, contact Orsa Studios with your order details, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

9. Fraud Prevention
Orsa Studios reserves the right to verify orders and payment details to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, cancelled, or subjected to additional verification.
